The short version: SureProgramming gives you tools for planning, crash reporting, user feedback, and security self-assessment. The Free plan is free forever. Pro renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from Settings. You own your data. Please use the service responsibly, and keep your API keys secret. This summary is for convenience only; the full terms below are what apply.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
SureProgramming is operated by SureProgramming LLC ("SureProgramming", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and us that covers your use of sureprogramming.com, the SureProgramming dashboard, our APIs, SDKs, embeddable widgets, MCP server, and agent integrations (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. To purchase a Pro subscription, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) or have a parent or guardian's permission and payment method.
- Give us accurate account information, including an email address you check. We use it to send important notices about your account and billing.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, API keys, SDK keys, and agent tokens secure, and for all activity that happens through them. If you think any of them has been exposed, rotate or revoke it in the dashboard and contact us.
- One person or organization may not create multiple Free accounts to get around plan limits.
3. Plans and the Service
We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The current features and limits of each plan (such as the number of projects, monthly crash events, monthly feedback items, and how long crash history is kept) are described on our pricing page. When you reach a monthly limit, new submissions are paused until the next month; we don't delete your existing data because you reached a limit.
We are always improving the Service, so features may be added, changed, or removed. If we remove a feature that is a core part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance, and if the change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a prorated refund of the unused portion of your current billing period.
4. Pro subscriptions, billing, and renewal
- Automatic renewal. Pro is billed in advance, either monthly ($15) or yearly ($150), in U.S. dollars. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the payment method on file at the then-current price for your subscription, until you cancel.
- Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes. Where required, tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
- Price lock. If we raise Pro prices, the new prices apply only to new subscriptions. Your price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If your subscription ends and you subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
- Switching billing periods. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from Manage billing in Settings. When you switch, you are charged right away for the difference, prorated for the time left in your current period.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If payment still can't be collected, your subscription will end and your account will move to the Free plan.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects and data are not deleted when you cancel.
- Refunds. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your content and your users' data
"Your Content" means everything you or your apps put into the Service, including projects, features, tasks, documents, security assessment answers, and data sent to us by your apps, such as crash reports, events, sessions, and user feedback.
- You own Your Content. You give us permission to host, store, copy, process, and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service for you. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't sell it.
- Data about your app's users. When your apps send us crash reports or feedback, that data may include information about your users (for example, IP addresses, device details, user identifiers, or an email address a user types into a feedback form). For this data, we act as your service provider and process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to send it to us, for telling your users about it in your own privacy policy, and for responding to your users' privacy requests. We will help you with those requests where we reasonably can.
- Don't send sensitive data. Do not configure your apps to send us passwords, full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information. The Service isn't designed to protect that kind of data at the level the law requires.
- Exporting. You can export your data from the Service, and you can ask us to help you do so.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use the Service to store or send malware, spam, or unlawful content;
- try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission;
- overload or disrupt the Service, get around rate limits or plan limits, or submit artificial data to inflate usage;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to others as a standalone product without our written permission; or
- copy or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
If you find a security issue, please report it to support@sureprogramming.com. We appreciate good-faith reports.
7. AI tools, the Security Score, and your code
- The Service can connect to AI coding assistants you choose, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, through agent tokens and our MCP server. Those tools are provided by other companies under their own terms. When you connect one, it can read and change your project data using the access you give it. You are responsible for the tools you connect and for reviewing anything they produce or change.
- The Security Score is a self-assessment and educational aid. Scores, AI-assisted findings, and recommendations depend on the answers and evidence provided, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a security audit, penetration test, certification, or guarantee that your application is secure.
- You are responsible for the apps you build, including how you secure them and how you handle your users' data.
8. Third-party services
Some features work with services we don't control, such as Stripe for payments, YouTube for tutorial videos, and chat or webhook destinations you set up for alerts (for example, Slack or Discord). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and delete your data by contacting us. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk for us or others, or if we are required to by law. Where it's reasonable, we will give you notice first and a chance to fix the problem and export your data. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
10. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service reliable and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every crash or security problem.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SureProgramming will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Indemnity
If you use the Service for a business, you agree to defend and hold SureProgramming harmless from claims by third parties arising from Your Content, your apps, or your violation of these Terms or the law, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@sureprogramming.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will email you or show a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
15. Other terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and we will notify you if that happens.
