Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.
Subscription: After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription at $10 USD per month.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process your data only to provide the Service.
Crash Data: Crash reports may contain technical information from your users' devices. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to collect this data.
Crash data is retained according to your account settings (default: 90 days). You can configure retention periods in your dashboard. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by SureProgramming and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUREPROGRAMMING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureProgramming from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:
